This is event is an ONLINE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ACTION. You do not have to actually physically turn up somewhere. You just have to spend a few minutes at your computer helping to promote the campaign online.

A few clicks really CAN make a difference
If you have been a member of our Facebook Campaign Group for some time, you may well have taken part in the first Find Savanah Friday. The event was a great success, with about 3,500 visitors to this site on that day and a permanent increase in the number of daily visitors, with on average about 300 views per day. Since that event, the Facebook Group has more or less doubled in size.

In fact, the Facebook Group got so large that we had to ask Facebook to convert it to a Facebook Page. This was because Facebook impose certain restrictions on Groups so that Group Administrators cannot send messages to members or invite them to events such as this one when they get to a certain size. We do not want the campaign to lose momentum. This event is to encourage all those new members who joined since the last Find Savanah Friday to do what they can to make sure we the campaign keeps on growing.

Every new person who watches and passes on the video increases the chances of Savanah receiving her father's message of love.

What is the point of this event?
The main aim of the online campaign is to spread Steve's video as far and wide as possible throughout the World so that Savanah herself will one day see it or someone who knows where she is will see it and inform Steve of her whereabouts. It is very simple. The more people see the video, the more likely it is that one of those people will be Savanah or someone who knows where she is.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

The link above leads to a page where you can read about the simple things you can do that could make a big difference. If you have been with the campaign for some time, you will probably have already done your best to spread the video and recruit friends to the campaign. Our sincere thanks for that. However, there are a few new ideas that you may not have tried if you follow the above link.
